Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement
Boise Woodwork’s, (‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’); is the trading name for Boise Woodwork’s
‘Buyer’, ‘you’, the ‘customer’; refers to any person, persons, partnership or company that are buying Goods from us.
Here are our terms & conditions of trading.
By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.

ORDERING
When we receive your order you will receive confirmation of the order [this begins the Purchase Contract] clearly stating:
what you have ordered
the total cost of your order, including shipping
delivery and returns information
Contact information
If your order is placed on a Friday or over the weekend, please note that it will be processed on the following Monday.
Orders can be placed using most major credit, debit cards and Apple Pay.
We handle all orders ourselves and take great care when wrapping and packaging your things.
DECLAIMER
This is stating the obvious…but we need to say it anyway.
We are very proud of the fact that our collection is made and crafted by hand. These are not mass-produced items, often there may be marks and irregularities that are part of the unique beauty and individuality of the pieces. Please do consider this when you are ordering. No two things are identical, sizing will be close but not exact, colors highly similar but not precise. It is exactly this variation that gives each piece such personality and value. We hope you will agree.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We will endeavor to ensure accuracy across the website at all times but accept that occasionally there may be mistakes (we’re human after all!). Please accept that any errors are absolutely unintentional.
However, if goods are no longer in stock, if there is a pricing error or a delivery issue, we will let you know as fast as we can. We will suspend your order, contact you about the changes and wait for your agreement to go ahead.
DELIVERY
Shipping is based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. We use a combination of USPS and UPS, depending on the size of the parcel.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
We would be delighted to arrange International Shipping. Please do email us and we can provide you with costs and expected delivery timing. richfogal@boisewoodworks.com
SALE GOODS
Purchase of items sold during any 'sales' is final. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on Sale items.

1. collection of your data - what we collect and why
Boise Woodwork’s is an online e-commerce business and in order to fulfill our services to you, our customers, we do need to collect and process some of your data.
In supplying us with your personal information you are accepting our Privacy Policy and give us permission to process it.
For the purpose of fulfilling orders and occasional promotional activity email marketing Boise Woodwork’s collects (either when you place an order or at an event, pop-up shop, etc):

Occasionally we may need to contact you contact via email regarding service relating to your order, matters such as billing, product support and logistics.
2. your consent
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, to place an order, to arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
3. transfer of your data
Please be reassured that we wouldn't dream of passing on your data or any personal information that we have collected to a third party unless we are required to do so by law, for example a credit reference or fraud prevention agency.
4. security of information / data storage
The Boise Woodwork’s online shop store is hosted on the Squarespace platform. Alongside our Squarespace site we use Stripe to enable credit/debit card transactions. Stripe provides the technical, fraud prevention, and banking infrastructure required to operate our on-line payment systems. Squarespace and Stripe provide us with the online services that allows us to sell our products to you.
Squarespace and Stripe store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Only your address and email address is sent to Boise Woodwork’s so that we can complete your order, we have no access to any of your payment card details.
5. payments
Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, the platforms and providers follow all Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard requirements and implement generally accepted industry standards.
what is PCI-DSS?
PCI-DSS compliance is a security standard for companies and organisations that handle payment information from consumers. Squarespace’s payment processor, Stripe, is PCI compliant.
PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is a framework for developing a robust payment card data security process - including prevention, detection and appropriate reaction to security incidents.
Simple Shape uses Stripe to provide card transaction services to us. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
6. cookies
We are in the process of looking at what cookies we may use and evaluating whether they are the best ones for Boise Woodwork’s and our customers. This will be updated in due course.
7. changes to our privacy policy
We have looked over, re-read and reconsidered all aspects of our Privacy Policy in the light of the changes to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which take effect on 25 May 2018. We will continue to look at what we’re doing and how we’re doing it and will make changes accordingly.
